the first mo-cap was not used because we developed the story after it and needed new scenes and a new ending. The second mo-cap went very well and the scenes worked nicely, however Heidi (an animator in our project) noticed that the fisherman character moved to fast for his size and weight. We all agreed with this and decided to do two days of rehearsals before our final mo-cap session. the rehearsals payed off and the motion capture session went very smoothly and worked well. here is a video below of me and freddy doing a pathetic dance at the end.
